As nominated key holders, we can respond any time day or night, 365 days a year to either your intruder or fire alarm, or both at no extra cost! We will conduct a thorough inspection of the premises, contact the emergency services (if necessary) and only leave when the property has been secured and the alarm reset. For repeated false alarm activations we will notify your alarm engineering company for you in order for them to rectify the fault.
By providing this valuable service, you and, or your staff do not need to worry about the stress or the risk of responding to an alarm activation or any intruder seen by a monitored CCTV system.
The Monitoring Station will Alert us of the type of activation.
We will Respond Immediately.
Our responding Officer will assess the situation and if required will contact the the relevant emergency services and, or your alarm company and will remain on site until the issue has been solved.
A report will be left on site and a more detailed report of the activation/incident will electronically be issued to the relevant contacts.
